Bug Fixes

• 52081e04a (#16333 by @amrbashir) Rename the misspelled choowHowToInstall NSIS language string to chooseHowToInstall. A custom language file in bundle.windows.nsis.customLanguageFiles that only defines the old name keeps working for now, but users should migrate to the new name.
• c0e3dbd91 (#16254 by @kihyun1998) Fix NSIS installers not blocking downgrades over a newer installation made by the MSI installer in silent (/S), passive (/P) and update (/UPDATE) modes when bundle.windows.allowDowngrades is false.

Dependencies

• Upgraded to tauri-build@2.7.4
• Upgraded to tauri-runtime-wry@2.12.3
