Enhancements

• 5d1e8777a (#16286) Improve the error message on iOS when the development server cannot be reached through a localhost URL, suggesting tauri ios dev --host.

Bug Fixes

• 9c3fb8865 (#16197) Fix a panic in the IPC and asset protocol handlers when the request URI has an empty path (for example ipc:foo).
• 7b673ddaa (#16146) PluginHandle::run_mobile_plugin_async and PluginHandle::run_mobile_plugin no longer panic (which aborts the process on iOS and Android) when a mobile plugin command resolves after its caller stopped waiting, for example when the async call was cancelled by a timeout. The late response is dropped instead.
