Bug Fixes

• 5a6149898 (#16227) output_ok used to throw away the stderr it captured, so a failing bundler script surfaced as a bare "failed to run" with no diagnosis (#3055). The stderr (or stdout, for tools such as WiX and signtool that report errors there) is now part of the error, and when the DMG script dies because macOS denied the terminal permission to control Finder, the error says where to enable it: System Settings > Privacy & Security > Automation.
• d62e5d9c0 (#16184) Fix NSIS installer leaving uninstall.exe and the installation directory behind when uninstalling an existing installation from the installer.
