  • aedd883c (#3482 by @JGuest121) Release the single instance lock in AppHandle::cleanup_before_exit, right before the process exits or restarts, instead of on RunEvent::Exit. The app now remains the single instance while your own RunEvent::Exit handler runs. destroy can still release the lock earlier.
  • 6c9746e5 (#3704 by @karan5028ji) Fix race condition on Windows where a secondary instance fails to exit if FindWindowW misses the target event window during startup.
