d80b1be2 (#3551 by @bizkda) On Android, expose the camera bound by an active scan so the torch plugin can turn the flash on and off during a scan.
b3e52ce0 (#3571 by @ghostshreyash) Fix cancel() on Android leaving the pending scan() promise unsettled: destroy() cleared the saved invoke before it was rejected, so the "cancelled" rejection never reached the caller. The pending scan is now rejected before the camera is torn down, matching iOS.
